CHINA BUSINESS SKILLS is a consulting and training company, etablished in PoznaƄ - Poland and Nanjing - China. Based on extensive experience we offer you knowledge and practical solutions to facilitate successful business cooperation with and for Chinese companies and organizations, always directly linked to your needs and expectations. The China Business Skills team is made up of experiences trainers and experts from Poland, China and Holland. The team is engaged in particular projects.

Managing Director

Agnieszka Marek - Since many years active in China. She managed successfully a four year corporate culture change program in a Dutch company in Nanjing, China. Training and oaching was also done in several large Chinese companies, where she trained more then 300 managers and gave more then 420 hours of coaching. Guest-lectured at the Nanjing Business School, on the subject of Corporate Culture Change.

In 2007, she was awarded the Honorary Labor Medal by the Jiangsu Federation of Trade Unions for her outstanding contributions in the economic development of Jiangsu Province, China.

She is a candidate for Ph.D. in the area on how cultural factors influence the companies in China, at the Department of Sociology and Philosophy of the Poznan University of Economics. She participated in many trainings and conferences in the field of cross culture management. Such as: "The Business of Culture: The Culture of Reent Consequences", SIETAR - UK (London); "HR for Expat Managers: Leading Local Personel", Innova Management Institute, Shanghai. She is a certified coach from the International Coaching Community (ICC), and author of several academic articles in both China nad Poland.

 

Expert/Consultant

Mutong Ma - is a Chinese expert in the field of corporate culture. He is Vice-President of the Corporate Culture Institute, an affiliate of the Jiangsu Enterprise Confederation, Executive Director of the China Research Institute of Enterprise Culture, and an expert for the China Enterprise Confederation. Together with his team, he provides corporate culture consulting services and training for several well-known Chinese companies.

Mutong Ma founded the Corporate Culture Research Center of the Jiangsu Academy of Social Sciences and compiled the Corporate Culture Yearbook in 1993. He is a pioneer in the research and development of corporate culture evaluation systems in China and has implemented this in many companies.
